Adobe Demos Flash & Air on HP's Slate Device

Adobe gives us a video presentation the upcoming HP Slate. This tablet PC is running Windows 7 and therefore also Flash. Adobe and HP are quite keen on showing how important this is, since flash provides an enormous amount of current web content, and in the setting the publisher intended.
Even though this video might be considered as more than just a bit of a stab at Apple's non-flash iPad, it really does show us quite a lot of the HP Slate, which looks really promising as a full Windows 7 Tablet with full PC capabilities - but in the physical format users expect 2010.

Selling the iPad in 3 minutes - using superlatives

The key to selling you product is giving a great keynote presentation when launching it. No one is better at giving keynotes than Steve Jobs - using superlatives.

NeilCurtis.com decided to edit the iPad keynote address, showing only the important words. No clip is repeated, they just removed the stuff in between.
So how to sell your product like Apple? Use as many superlatives and adjectives as possible - it can not be overdone.

Apple iPad hands-on

Straight after the unveiling of the iPad on Wednesday, Financial Times got a hands on with the new device backstage with an Apple demonstrator.
It is of course easy to understand why journalists, who got the touch and feel experience in the Apple iPad Petting Zoo, is a bit more enthusiastic then what much of the twitterverse was this evening.

There are definatley issues to be reaised about the iPad, as quite a few important features are missing.
Tomorrow I will start going through various elements on the iPad - What works and what doesn't.
