The dangers of Print Screen

Have you ever quickly wanted to show something currently on your monitor to somebody else? Have you Clipboard01-1ever done a quick "print screen" and pasted the capture in an email, instant message, word document or so to show of something? Perhaps to prove a point, document your settings to a friend, created a short how-to manual for work?

If you are one of those who often just do a 'print screen' instead of typing a long explanation - I want you to read this story, told in form of a picture (expand it if your browser shrinks it) and learn something about what NOT TO DO.
